Client project
One Samsung story, in 225+ Best Buy stores.
A connected home is easier to sell when shoppers can see it work. For Samsung's Connected Living campaign, Axis4 transformed the screens of the appliances themselves and synchronized the experience across every screen, so the Smart Hub story played out on the real products, in a way shoppers could understand, picture and try for themselves.

Samsung Connected Living installation in a Best Buy store
The challenge
Samsung's Smart Hub connects the appliances in a home, but a connected home is hard to explain from a shelf tag. Its value only shows when the devices work together, and store staff can't demo every combination for every shopper.
The experience
Axis4 transformed the screens on the appliances themselves and synchronized the interactive experience across all of them, so the Connected Living story played out across the products together. Shoppers could see, understand and try what the Smart Hub platform does at home.
Axis4 built the installation in several formats, to fit smaller brand spaces as well as flagship locations, all updated from Crystal XM.
Why it works
The marketing story of the Smart Hub became something shoppers could experience on the real products, not read on a sign. Samsung kept one consistent story in every store, whatever the size of its space, and Best Buy gained a demo that doesn't depend on staff availability.
