What we do / Technology

For digital, e-commerce and CRM teams

Technology that responds to the shopper.

We choose each component for the behaviour you want to change, then hide it in the fixture. Every interaction can be measured, and none of it identifies anyone without consent.

The building blocks of every experience.

Surfaces

Where the experience appears.

  • Transparent LCD
  • Touch glass
  • Touch panels
  • Interactive mirrors
  • Panels in counters, vitrines, shelves and walls

Sensing

Knowing when someone is there, and for how long.

  • Presence sensors
  • Motion sensors
  • Dwell measurement
  • Privacy-safe camera AI
  • IR cameras

Product recognition

Knowing which product they picked up.

  • Barcode and UPC scanners
  • NFC
  • RFID
  • Lift-and-learn

Mobile handoff

Taking the journey home.

  • Product-level QR codes
  • NFC tap
  • Wishlists and routines
  • Booking links

Connected devices

Anything else the experience needs.

  • Label and gift card printers
  • Portrait printers
  • IoT devices
  • Directional audio

AI engines

Analysis and recommendations.

  • Skin, hair and shade analysis
  • Virtual try-on
  • Recommendations
  • Custom models

Your engine, or ours.

Fit and sizing, try-on and booking tools often already run in your digital channels. We integrate them rather than rebuild them, as long as they offer an API and proper documentation. When nothing suitable exists, we build the engine.

  • Physical integration

Housing, optics, controlled lighting, camera placement and finishes.

  • Experience design

The journey before and after the result, so it leads to a product, an advisor or a booking.

  • Data flow

Results go to recommendations, the mobile handoff and, with consent, your CRM.

  • Operation

Remote updates of engines, models and content, with usage analytics.

You keep the choice of engine, and can change it later without rebuilding the fixture.

Private by design.

  • Camera AI processes on the device. No facial recognition. No images stored or transmitted.
  • Measurement is anonymous by default.
  • Personal data is collected only with explicit consent, inside your systems where possible.
  • You own your experience and shopper data.
  • Experiences are non-transactional, so no payment data passes through them.
  • GDPR compliant, and compliant with local privacy laws, including in the EU, the United States, Canada, the GCC and mainland China.
