What we do / Services and how we work
One accountable team, from prototype to operations.
Axis4 designs, engineers, integrates, installs and operates made-to-measure interactive in-store experiences. Connected furniture, kiosks, interactive screens and mirrors. End-to-end. One partner.
Imagine, create, operate. Under one roof.

What you own. What we operate.
You own
- The hardware, bought outright
- Your campaigns and brand content
- Your shopper and experience data, exportable at any time
Axis4 operates
- Crystal XM, licensed per device per year
- Updates, monitoring and support under a contractual SLA
- Measurement and reporting
Each project runs under one master agreement, with a work order per phase. Pricing is shared once the scope is defined.
Questions we hear first.
Do we need to integrate our systems before a pilot?
No. Crystal XM runs standalone. Integrations come later, when they add value.
Can you work with our agency, architects and furniture maker?
Yes. Working inside your ecosystem is common. We add the connected layer to their work and run it after launch.
How long does a pilot take?
Concept and prototype take 2 to 6 weeks. A pilot goes live 5 to 10 months later, depending on complexity.
Who owns the equipment?
You do. We don't fund hardware or take royalties.
Do you create content?
Not from scratch. We design the experience and the app from your existing brand assets.
Tell us what you need shoppers to do differently.
We'll show you what it could look like in your stores.
