Client project

Connected visual merchandising, at scale.

Bestseller, one of the world's largest fashion groups, with brands including Jack & Jones, Vero Moda and Only, wanted connected visual merchandising in its stores, at scale. Axis4 deployed transparent LCD video walls: one of the first uses of interactive transparent displays in fashion retail at scale.

The challenge

Bestseller needed to bring connected visual merchandising into its stores at scale, across brands that each have their own identity.

The experience

Axis4 deployed transparent LCD video walls in store, behind the racks. Brand content plays on the display while the collection stays visible through it, so the wall adds motion without hiding the merchandise.

Why it works

The store gains moving, changeable brand content without losing sight of the floor. The project builds on the transparent video wall Axis4 first created for Sport Chek, taking it from a world first to deployment across major fashion and retail brands.
